Procedure: Write your name and UIUC e-mail address in the appropriate spots.  Remember that you need to work 2 hours a week; even though the class period is 50 minutes, we will count each class period as one hour of work.  (If more than three students want to work at a certain hour, go ahead and write your name in.)

When can I start working? After you submit your form, you'll might need to attend an orientation at Central, or just go directly the day you signed up for after your background clears. We'll send you information about the places which have orientations. The background check takes from 1 to 2 weeks to clear, and you cannot start working until the background clears. We'll receive a notification and we'll notify you right away that you can start working at Central.
